AgExpo Park

The Agricultural Exposition Park has 230,000 square feet of function space surrounded by the beautiful hills of Williamson County, and conveniently located at exit #61 off I-65. The Ag Expo Park has been thoughtfully designed to host a variety ofactivities including trade shows, agricultural events, and everythingbetween. MEETING ROOM

Our meeting room is 45’ X 90’ with 4,000 square feet. It can accommodate 90 six-foot tables and a total of 250 chairs. It has a built-in sound system with (1) lapel, (1) cordless and (1) plug-in microphone. We also have a podium and audio-visual equipment. The Ag Extension Office has a fully equipped kitchen, and two smaller meeting rooms that can also be rented in conjunction with the main meeting room. Please contact us for pricing and availability.

CATERING

On-site catering services are also available. We can provide your group with box lunches consisting of a sandwich, chips, cookie, and drink. Or, you can enjoy a nice, hot prepared luncheon buffet customized to accommodate your needs. These meals are presented in elegant chafing dishes, and include your choice of meat, vegetables, bread, salad, desserts and beverages. We also provide breakfast and dinner buffets, or something as simple as snacks during your breaks.

RESTRICTIONS

Alcohol in any form is NOT permitted on the premises. No Smoking is allowed in any of our buildings, at anytime. Our premises must be vacated no later than 10:00 pm, and no admission fee may be charged for the event.
